Return & Exchange Policy
At Rohan Arora, every pair is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. We take pride in delivering products of the highest quality. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Exchange is applicable only for:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.
2. Returns
As a luxury made-to-order brand, we do not offer refunds. However, in exceptional cases (such as verified defects), we may offer:
- Store credit (valid for 90 days)
- A replacement pair
All return requests are subject to quality inspection once the product is received.
3. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized orders
- Products purchased during special promotions or sale events
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the issue
We will ensure a quick resolution, including replacement at no additional cost.

6. Important Notes
- Reverse shipping is complimentary for defective products only
- For size exchanges, a nominal logistics fee may apply
- We recommend trying footwear on a clean, soft surface to avoid damage
